We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for most of our paid services. To be eligible for a refund, you must request it within this 14-day period by contacting our support team at refunds@allocestrigue.training.
To qualify for a refund, the request must be made within 14 days of purchase, you have not completed more than 25% of the purchased course or program, you provide a valid reason for the refund request, you have not violated our Terms of Service, and the service has not been substantially accessed or downloaded.
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion if you have accessed more than 25% but less than 50% of the content, for technical issues that significantly impaired your learning experience, or for exceptional circumstances reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The following are not eligible for refunds: purchases made more than 14 days ago, completed courses or programs, physical materials or kits that have been shipped, promotional or discounted services, and third-party services or products.
Due to the nature of digital content, certain items may not be eligible for refunds once accessed or downloaded. This includes downloadable resources, PDF materials, and recorded sessions that have been viewed or downloaded.
To request a refund, email refunds@allocestrigue.training with your order details, include your reason for requesting a refund, allow 5-7 business days for review, approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Once your refund is approved, please allow 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us immediately at refunds@allocestrigue.training before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly.
As an alternative to refunds, we may offer the option to transfer your enrollment to a different course or program of equal or lesser value, subject to availability and approval.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
